Co-Owner & Chief Alignment Officer
Wes is a healthcare executive leader, Partner & COO at Portrayals XR, and board member of UMatter Movement. He leads the digital presence and social strategy for Second Chance Supply, bringing together his passion for immersive technology, mental health advocacy, and community healing. Wes believes in awakening purpose through presence and has channeled that belief into building platforms that serve people at their most vulnerable.
Bobby Hines
Co-Owner & Chief Opportunity Officer
Bobby's path to purpose was shaped by personal loss and the power of friendship. After losing his brother, Bobby found support in his reconnection with Jason Stillwell, and together they turned shared grief into a movement. Bobby brings heart, consistency, and a deep belief in showing up for people, values that are woven into every aspect of Second Chance Supply and UMatter Movement.
Wes and Bobby also serve as board members of UMatter Movement, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness, crisis intervention, and addiction support.
